Placing an Order
When placing an order, please specify the following:
- Catalog Number (if known)
- Quantity and Unit Size
- Product Name
- Your Specification and Part Number (if available)
- Shipping Address
- Your Purchase Order Number
- Billing Address
- Preferred Method of Transportation
- Your Name, Telephone Number, and Facsimile Number
Lot Reservation Policy
Fujirebio Diagnostics, Inc. will reserve manufactured serum products during your sample evaluation period, for a maximum of 90 days.
In the Continental U.S., Terms of Sale are net 30 Days from date of invoice. Outside the Continental U.S., until a credit history is established, Terms of Sale are conducted through wire transfers in advance of shipment release.

Shipping charges can be prepaid and added to the invoice or applied towards customer's preferred carrier account, F.O.B. Seguin, Texas. Shipments are made "best way" unless otherwise specified. Due to possible delays when shipments are made near a weekend or holiday, air shipments of frozen products are made Monday through Thursday only. We cannot accept responsibility for shipments made at customer request that are contrary to our normal shipping policies. All frozen products are shipped in well-insulated containers designed to ensure product integrity upon arrival.
Order cancellations for stock items must be made at least 48 hours before scheduled shipping date. Orders for custom formulations will be considered firm and non-cancelable. Cancellation must be in writing and can be faxed or mailed. Upon receipt of your cancellation, a confirmation will be faxed to you within 24 hours.
Change of Order
Order changes for stock items will be accepted up to 72 hours before the scheduled ship date.
Please notify Fujirebio Diagnostics immediately upon receipt of shipment if there is a problem. Otherwise, the order will be considered completed.
Returned Goods Policy
Prior authorization from our Sales Department is necessary to obtain full or partial credit for returned products. All products that meet the customer's specifications that are approved for return will be assessed a 15% restocking charge. Credit or replacement for products that have been authorized for return cannot be processed until receipt of returned merchandise. Fujirebio Diagnostics is not responsible for products that become unstable because of improper storage or treatment, or items which are on hand after shelf life expiration.
All sales are made without Fujirebio Diagnostics' warranty or representation, expressed, implied, or statutory. No claims beyond replacement of unacceptable material, as confirmed by Fujirebio Diagnostics, or beyond credit of purchase price shall be honored.
Fujirebio Diagnostics shall not be liable to the Purchaser for damages, cost, loss, or expense of all or a portion of an order due to: (1) Acts of God, strike, embargo, acts of State, local or foreign governments and their agents; (2) Commercial availability of a needed item of supply or material; (3) Delay or loss of shipments from Fujirebio Diagnostics' suppliers; or (4) Any cause beyond the control of, without the fault of, or without the negligence of Fujirebio Diagnostics. Fujirebio Diagnostics shall promptly notify of the cause of any delay or inability to perform as provided for herein and may, when appropriate, provide information concerning price and availability of alternative products.
All products listed are for in vitro manufacturing and research applications only and are not intended for drug purposes or to be administered to humans. All information presented is believed to be accurate, but is not guaranteed. Fujirebio Diagnostics retains the right to change, alter, or add products, specifications, descriptions, testing methodologies, etc., on the basis of government mandates or its discretion.
Custom manufactured products are subject to the same stringent quality control that assures the dependability of Fujirebio Diagnostics' standard products. Highly trained personnel, extensive analytical instrumentation, careful adherence to established quality control procedures, and the Quality System Regulations result in consistent product lot-to-lot. Raw materials, in-process products, and finished products are constantly monitored. Final release of the finished packaged product is dependent on the results of both analytical and functional testing, which must meet the customer's pre-established specifications. A Certificate of Analysis is provided for each product, at time of shipment.
